Partnership with EU Notified Bodies, WELLMAX Lab Upgraded for New ErP Regulation

Last week, the third party authorities DEKRA and TÜV SÜD, sent their engineers to our office to give us detailed technical guidance on the new Erp Regulation (EU) 2019/2020 and Energy Efficiency Labelling Regulation (EU) 2019/2015 which will be enforced on September 1st, 2021.

According to the authorities’ advice and the changes from new regulations (increased flicker test requirements, new energy efficiency label, and new energy efficiency calculation method), we immediately upgraded our testing lab with new advanced equipment and reformulated a series of testing standards in conformance with ErP directives. These measures can ensure that WELLMAX provides you with quality LED products fully complies with EU requirements at the earliest possible time.
